As a holistic health coach, I use an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes, that focus on nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality and more. I seek to identify the root cause of your health challenges, offer guidance and support throughout your healing journey and focus on inspiring you to make lifestyle changes that work best for you. Together, we can identify what areas in your life negatively impact your overall well-being and set SMART goals to create healthy habits that will encourage sustainable positive change. When you make your well-being a priority and view your health as a form of self-care, you can begin the journey toward living a healthier, happier life.

In modern nutrition, you’re given a list of approved and not approved foods. Post-modern nutrition utilizes the principles of bio-individuality & primary food to facilitate the healing process.
